Introduction

This virtual company will be leading to develop and produce the most intelligent humanoid robots. Some other areas of our business operation will include home care robots, manufacturing automation equipment, SMART hospital operation equipment and vehicle production robotic machinery.

Project Objective

Our corporation will develop robotic automation machinery based on the GREEN aspect of it functionality and usage. We believe that using our sustainable equipment will influence positively on our environment and GREEN potential of our world.

 

 

                                       

 

Other area of GREEN expertise is the new automated car wash system that is being developed at the present state.

 

Despite to what you may think, this is not a cut scene from the "Back to the future" movie -although the De-Lorean and the green humanoid suggest it could be. It's a thought to how a car could be cleaned in the near future -2020. It is designed by Mira - the Motor Industry Research Association who was commissioned by E-Bay Motors to come up with a solution for helping drivers to keep their cars clean without using a pool of water. According to the designers, the inflatable car wash unit uses just four litres of water, compared to the 135 used in a hosepipe.

Methodologies Applied

To maximize our efficiency we collaborate with four companies that have significant experience in the area of automation and mechanical- artificial understanding.

          These are the following:

Ø     MOTOMAN – manufacturer of automated electrical arms and CNC machinery.

Motoman delivers innovative robotic automation solutions for virtually every industry and robotic application, including arc welding, assembly, clean room, coating, dispensing, material cutting, material handling, material removal and spot welding. Product line includes more than 175 distinct robot models and 40 fully integrated pre-engineered "World" solutions that are complete application specific work cells, including robot, process equipment and safety equipment.

 

Ø     MASTERCAM – The Company is dedicated to provide state-of-the-art software tools for CAD/CAM manufacturing markets with CNC machinery, and automated PLC equipment.

Mastercam is an assistant to solve simple to complex design and machining problems using CAD/ CAM software tools. When a project is in a design stage, Mastercam helps as to bring GREEN to our new product.

 

Ø     Methods Machine - Foremost supplier of leading-edge precision machine tools.

Methods Machine Inc. is our partner that helps us to assemble our production live with new technologies using Six-Sigma and Lean manufacturing applications. They are not only Sustainable GREEN, but furthermore reliable and always maximally productive. Equipped with national staff of engineers they actually create specifications and design solutions for innovative metalworking products.

Ø     AMT The American Association For Manufacturing Technology – helps to promote our products on a corporate level thru proper engineering ethics and professional feedback

ATM promotes technological advancements and improvements in the design, manufacture and sale of our company in those markets and act as an industry advocate on trade matters to governments and trade organizations throughout the world.

 

Project Development

     In our project we like to incorporate all the new technologies, and my co-operative companies to produce humanoid robots. These robots would serve the public as assistance in everyday life. ARTIFICIAL INTELIGI humanoids are capable assisting the sick and elderly, and dirty or dangerous jobs. Regular jobs like being a receptionist or a worker of an automotive manufacturing line are also suitable for humanoids. They can use tools and operate equipment and vehicles designed for the human form. Our humanoids could theoretically perform any task a human being can.

     Other of our products will serve the need of vehicle industry. These will include robotic arms and automated CNC machinery. The most advanced part of our industry will be the development of a new orthosis and prosthesis for human body replacement and support. These are however on the research stage so far. 

An essential factor in our products is the aspect of Sustainable GREEN and usage of reliable Six-Sigma Strategies and LEAN applications.
